e-News® | The NEWS Company…DHAKA, Aug 27, 2014 – Unidentified miscreants slaughtered Moulana Nurul Islam Faruqi, an anchor of popular “Kafela” programme of private TV Channel i, at his East Raza Bazar residence here tonight.
Police said a group of unidentified miscreants entered into Faruqi’s first floor residence at East Raza Bazar about 8:30 tonight and slaughtered him. A number of police investigation teams reached to the spot to collect evidence of the murder.
Meanwhile, State Minister for Home Asaduzzaman Kamal visited the scene.
