Local Government, Rural Development (LGRD) and Cooperatives Minister Syed Ashraful Islam has been made minister without portfolio and Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Engineer Khandker Mosharraf Hossain made LGRD and Cooperatives Minister, it said.
Engineer Mosharraf would also discharge his duties as the Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister, said the notification signed by Cabinet secretary M. Musharraf Hossain Bhuiyan.
