#thenewscompany : Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC) marked the water levels at 20 river stations rise and 67 stations fall. Among the 90 monitored water level stations, no river was flowing above danger level, a bulletin issued by FFWC said today.
The Jamuna, Ganges-Padma and Surma-Kushiyara rivers are in falling trend, while the Brahmaputra river is in rising trend. The water levels at Brahmaputra-Jamuna and Ganges-Padma rivers are likely to continue falling in next 72 hours while the Surma-Kushiyara rivers are likely to continue falling in next 24 hours.
No significant rainfall was recorded during the last 24 hours ending at 6 am today.
