e-News® | The NEWS Company… : DHAKA, Sept 17, 2014 (BSS) – The Appellate Division (AD) of the Supreme Court (SC) today awarded imprisonment till death to Jamaat nayeb-e-ameer Delwar Hossain Sayedee, modifying the verdict given by International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 more than 18-month ago. A five-member AD bench, comprising Chief Justice Md Muzammel Hossain, Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha, Justice Md Abdul Wahhab Miah, Justice Hasan Foez Siddique and Justice AHM Shamsuddin Choudhury, passed the order at about 10 am.
