Walton Android Primo mobile phone’s updated versions are waiting to hit the mobile market soon. Customers will experience various services like the modern mobile sets they use, the company said.
While explaining the various features, Walton deputy director of cellular phone division SM Rejoan Alam said, ‘The updated versions would have Android 4.0.4 (Ice-cream Sandwich) operating system instead of Android 2.3.6 (Gingerbread) operating system.’
The Primo’s updated versions would be available at previous prices, he said, adding that the handsets had been designed keeping the tastes and demands of newly launched 3G users in mind.
The various features of updated version of mobile handsets include a dual-SIM chamber for using two SIMs stand-by, GPRS, GSM, WCDMA, Wi-Fi and Edge.
The other features are motion, gravity, light and proximity sensors.
Qualcom-1 GHz processor has been incorporated in the handset. Therefore, the memory card is easily expandable up to 32 gigabyte, the release added.
